For online items:

No cash or card returns, store credits or adjustments. No returns will be accepted.

All sale is final.

Once tracking number has been provided to customer, and item has been shipped, the purchased item by customer is no longer at the responsibility of Jessie & Sullivan. 

Should item go missing, or should package be tampered With, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to recover said item.

For in- store purchases:

All sale is final. 

Discounts may not be combined with special offers and sale prices.

If item is unworn, not washed,  not altered, not dry cleaned, not stained or manipulated in any way, and if it has been less than two weeks, it is up to the discretion of Jessie & Sullivan to provide an exchage.
